Background
Better Neighbourhoods Logan (BNL) is an innovative partnership approach to renewing and repurposing surplus and underutilised government land to increase social and affordable housing supply, create jobs, and drive economic growth and construction efficiencies to deliver better community outcomes.
This Project forms part of the BNL. The objective of BNL is to deliver opportunities to improve housing diversity and meet the changing needs of government housing tenants and applicants at a local level, while considering wider community needs for choice and affordability through precinct by precinct urban and community renewal.
This RFP seeks the submission of proposals from the shortlisted EOI Respondents for the design and construction of social housing at 40-44 Jacaranda Avenue, Logan Central. The department requires 24, one-bedroom units on the site as per the Site Specific Design Requirements and associated documents which form this Request for Proposal.
