Provision of a Student Management System for The University of Queensland ? Institute of Continuing and TESOL Education (ICTE-UQ)
Following the expression of interest phase, The University of Queensland Institute of TESOL and Continuing Education (ICTE-UQ) is now undertaking the invitation to offer phase in order to select and implement a Student Management System to enable process improvements related to student management and the student experience. Due to the complexity and variety of courses on offer at ICTE-UQ, it is expected that the system provide flexibility and agility in the way in which ICTE-UQ does business.
ICTE-UQ’s key objectives for this project are as follows:
To implement a solution that best meets ICTE-UQ’s current and future needs pertaining to student management and administration
To reduce the current manual and duplicated processes that exist with ICTE-UQ
Improve students’ experience throughout their engagement with ICTE-UQ
To reduce paper based forms and systems utilised by ICTE-UQ
