| The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (the Department) is seeking quotes for the delivery of an independent evaluation of the implementation of the statewide sexual assault counselling privilege (SACP) legal assistance services.
In August 2017, Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ), in partnership with the Women’s Legal Service (WLS), was allocated funding by the Queensland Government to deliver the services over 2017-20. Recommendations delivered through the evaluation will inform their continuous improvement.
The maximum budget for the evaluation is $75,000.
