Economic and Outcome Evaluation - Restorative Justice Conferencing
The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women requires an external contractor to undertake an Outcome and Economic Evaluation of Restorative Justice Conferencing (RJC). The evaluation will assess whether RJC has achieved its intended criminogenic, social and system outcomes (see Attachment 1). An economic evaluation is also required to assess the cost-effectiveness of RJC and cost-savings associated with reductions in reoffending and diversions from the Childrens Court.
