The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of existing teaching spaces in Block B Level 1 at Eagle Junction State School, located at 49 Roseby Ave, Clayfield QLD 4011 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Programme (SIEP).
The project entails the refurbishment of existing staffroom, veranda and 8No. classrooms. Trades required are as follows: flooring, painting, joinery and electrical.
All works are to be completed by 18 January 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a valid QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
