| Scope
Queensland Rail, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is seeking to partner with innovative and forward thinking Suppliers to provide core ICT services to Queensland Rail internal business units and its customers.
Suppliers are invited by Queensland Rail to submit a response to QRP-18-2 ICT Managed Services Request for Offer (RFO) .
The in scope services for the RFO have been defined in two (2) parts:
1. Part A Services include: Service Integration, Service Management and Service Desk.
2. Part B Services: Managed Application Service, End User Compute Service, Infrastructure and Cloud Service, Print Service and Security Service.
Suppliers may respond to; Part A only, Part B only or both such that Queensland Rail may either appoint a single Supplier or different Suppliers for Part A and B Services. This outcome will be determined during the evaluation process and will be determined by the quality of offers received and value for money.
Confidentiality Agreement and access to Queensland Rail ICT Managed Services Data Room
The RFO Requirements, Response Forms, Draft QITC Contract Terms and Current State Information is available from the Queensland Rail ICT Managed Services RFO Data Room hosted by Ansarada.
To gain access to this Data Room, Suppliers are required to have your Authorised Representative sign the Queensland Rail Confidentiality Agreement.
The duly authorised Confidentiality Agreement is required to be emailed by the Suppliers Key Representative to the Queensland Rail Contact Person for action.
Data Room access will be granted only to the Suppliers Key Representative once the Confidentiality Agreement is received and fully executed by Queensland Rail.

An Industry Briefing Presentation for this RFO will be published on the RFO Data Room.
How to respond to this Request for Offer
Responses to this RFO are to be submitted via the Queensland Rail ICT Managed Services RFO Data Room.
Offers will not be accepted via this QTenders website or the standard Queensland Rail Tender Box.
