G3 & S11 Rising Main Replacement - Gympie Regional Council
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified civil contractors for the replacement of a DN300 & DN375 rising main in a combined trench on a new alignment approximately between Rose St and the unnamed road between River Road and The Albert Bowls Club in Gympie, Queensland.
The scope of works includes:
• Approximately 441m of DICL PN20 (Tytonxtreme) DN375 for the G3 rising main and approximately 458m of PN16 PVC-O DN300 for the S11 rising main including:
Installation of all valves, fittings and bends
Thrust restraints/anchor blocks, trench stops/bulkheads and concrete encasement
Connections between the proposed new and existing sewers
Scour/Gas release valves, pits and associated works
Commissioning works including testing (air testing/CCTV)
Reinstatement of site to existing condition (paths, roads, grassed areas, landscaping etc.)
Removal and disposal of all waste material from the site and finishing the works to a high standard.
Environmental Management as identified in the Contractors Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
Traffic Management as identified in the Contractors Traffic Management Plan (TMP).
Safety Management as identified in the Contractors Safety Management Plan (SMP).
Quality Management as identified in the Contractors Project Quality Plan (PQP)
