The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for R-ITS-S and V-ITS-S - Hardware and Hardware Maintenance.
The Scope of this activity will cover the following requirements:
• Planning and design: The Device Supplier shall develop a project plan and negotiate project requirements for TMR to approve.
• Development: The Device Supplier shall incrementally develop, test and refine the product to meet TMR specifications, with witness points for TMR to ensure progress is on track.
• Testing: The Device Supplier shall perform development tests, factory acceptance tests (FAT), system integration tests (SIT - Bench), system integration acceptance tests (SIAT - Mt Cotton and Ipswich), commissioning and rectification tests for TMRs verification.
• Production: Upon the successful completion of tests and at various hold points, the Device Supplier shall produce a specified number of stations.
• Installation: Installers, Device Suppliers, the participant managers and TMR asset owners will collaborate, test and implement a repeatable installation procedure.
• Field Operation Test (FOT) period: The Device Supplier shall support monitoring and maintenance of the stations in a co-located arrangement with the C-ITS Pilot team comprising: TMR, other vendors, and the participant manager.
• Pilot completion: The Device Supplier shall deliver a pilot summary report describing the pilot activities and lessons learnt. The Supplier will provide the source code and detailed design relating to new IP.
A number of reports, plans, test sheets, and manuals are required by the Device Supplier at key times throughout the project.
The following is out of Scope for this activity:
1. Primary responsibility for installation of the roadside or vehicles stations equipment.
2. Provision of monitoring or analytical tools.
3. Primary responsibility for monitoring the devices.
