| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from suitable Adobe resellers to manage VIP Enterprise Licensing Program for Queensland Health.
Queensland Health (through eHealth Queensland) intends to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement with the successful offeror for the ongoing provision of Adobe software licensing, support and maintenance services including training for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) options to extend for further periods of three (3) years each.
eHealth Queensland requires the successful offeror (a certified Adobe reseller) to assist with the program enrolment process and resell the Adobe products/services available under each program as required during the term of the SOA.
The SOA will operate under the Queensland Information Technology Conditions (QITC) Standing Offer Arrangement conditions.
