The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the enclosure of the school hall and refurbishment works at Kin Kora State School, located at 41-43 Hibiscus Ave, Gladstone Central QLD 4680 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The works involve the enclosure of the existing school hall with new windows and aluminium screens, new internal and external walls, new sports flooring, new doors, lighting, and fans and external works including new concrete footpaths, drainage and fencing. The position of the building is at the side of the school with good site access and working space. Works are to commence on the 7 January 2019 and be completed by the 8 March 2019, with lockup achieved before school returns in January 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
