Invitation to Offer - IT Development Services - Oracle SOA Stack
Griffith University has developed this Invitation to Offer to identify potential suppliers of Oracle SOA Stack Development Services. It is envisaged that a panel arrangement will be established at the end of this process, where Suppliers will be “pre-qualified” with rate card in place and nominated as the preferred Suppliers for this type of work.
