MASS SPECTOMETERS AND ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHS
The purpose of this offer is to expand QIMR Berghofer’s research and scientific service delivery capacity in proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics. We seek to source and commission three mass spectrometers with complementary ultra-high-pressure nano high-performance liquid chromatographs (UHPLCs):
• Instrument 1: UHPLC-Hybrid Quadrupole Orbitrap or QTOF mass spectrometer for small molecule (metabolite or lipid) profiling and discovery.
• Instrument 2: UHPLC-QQQ mass spectrometer for targeted small molecule (metabolite or lipid) analysis.
• Instrument 3: nano-flow UHPLC-Hybrid Quadrupole Orbitrap or QTOF mass spectrometer and cap-flow UPLC for proteomic applications.
