| You are invited to submit a Tender to carry out all works associated with the Griffith University Pedestrian Bridge (G35) Refurbishment, Gold Coast campus.
An Industry Briefing will be conducted at 10:00am on Tuesday 19 September 2017. This will be the only sanctioned opportunity for Tenderers to visit the site and receive a briefing on the requirements.
You are to register no later than Friday 15 September through the Project Manager, Andrew Preston (email: a.preston@griffith.edu.au) on telephone (07) 3735 7002 or mobile 0418 187 865.
It will be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives. Details on the briefing will be provided upon registration.
You are required to check that all Tender documents received match those listed on the accompanying Document Transmittal.
Please sign the Document Transmittal acknowledging receipt of all Tender documents and email it back to Robyn Johnson, Contract Administrator Projects (email: r.johnson@griffith.edu.au) within 3 business days.
