| The University of Queensland (UQ) has a large and complex web presence.
A significant program of projects to improve the online user experience is underway, including website consolidations, new application development and web content redevelopment.
This RFQ relates to a project to:
· rewrite and migrate all web content from the Student Services website (https://www.uq.edu.au/student-services/) into the my.UQ website (https://my.uq.edu.au/)
· redevelop the information architecture of the Student Support section of my.UQ (https://my.uq.edu.au/information-and-services/student-support) to incorporate services provided by Student Services and link to services from other service providers with their own websites, such as the UQ Graduate School and UQ Library.
We are seeking to engage with supplier/s who have the capability and capacity to perform user research and a proposed information architecture in alignment with our specifications and project timelines.
