The Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) including partner agencies (Queensland Police Service, Queensland Fire and Emgergenyc Services, Inspector-General Emergency Management, Queensland Govenrment Air and Queensalnd Ambulance Service) have a requirment for Audio Visual (AV) equipment, meeting room solutions and services.
The PSBA will be establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply, installation and support of audio visual equipment for meeting room solutions across the portfolio.
This ITO documents and overview of the business, technical and functial requirments to establishe the SOA under the GITC framework.
