The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Customer Experience Research and Facilitation Services for the Customer Oriented Licensing and Registration (CORAL) Modernisation Program.
The CORAL Modernisation Program (The Program) seeks to partner with a Supplier for customer experience research and services to ensure that the Program’s projects achieve outcomes that represent customer needs and expectations.
The first scope of work required will be the provision of customer experience research and facilitation services for the Digital Wallet and Enabling Platforms Project (Refer TMRICT18085a).
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- Social Research Services – the purpose of which is to provide vendors participating in the prototyping sprints customer insights that will inform their design process.
- Agile Customer workshops (Prototyping) - Facilitation of customer workshops during the prototyping sprints with the identified customer groups.
