| TAFE Queensland is seeking Proposals for Cleaning Services for thier South West Regional sites/campuses.
The facilities to be serviced by the Supplier include a range of sites across Southwest Regional Queensland, including TAFE Queensland (TQ) campuses and trade training centres, all of which have specific unique access requirements. TQ South West Region (TQSWR) are looking to establish individual Contracts to manage its cleaning services across their regional locations throughout the large geographical area of South West Queensland. The proposed Contract/s term will be an initial three (3) year period, with 2 x 1 year optional extension periods.
TQ strongly encourages the use of local regional suppliers within the supply chain where possible and will therefore consider tender responses that have sub-contracting options. TQSW Region provides the opportunity for suppliers to offer all services for individual, multiple or all sites, for example:
- All services to all sites from Appendix A;
- All services to multiple nominated sites from Appendix A, or;
- All service for an individual nominated site from Appendix A
The successful supplier will maintain the inventory, premises or equipment which is the subject of the Services in a safe and good operating state at all times (where applicable).
TAFE Queensland has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives to:
- Provide clean and hygienic facilities for their sites;
- Carry out cleaning with focus on Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental processes in all operations;
- Ensure Cleaning is undertaken to an Industry Standard and meets the Key Performance Indicators set out for this contract;
- Ensure standards of cleaning are maintained across the entirety of the Contract;
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained / monitored through regular structured contract meetings, interface with the site Supervisor / Management representative meeting the expectation of the Contract set out in the Scope of Works;
- Achieve scope for flexibility to accommodate future needs of TAFE Queensland.
