Queensland University of Technology are looking to invite and establish a qualified and experienced Contractor to manage its Cleaning Services within South East Queensland, servicing 5 sites across this region.
The proposed term of the RFO shall be for an initial period of three (3) years commencing in 2 January 2019, with three (3) x 1 (one) year extension options as agreed in writing by both parties.
Prospective Tenderers are required to attend a site inspection of the premises. The Inspection/s will commence:
Tuesday, 9 October, 2018 at 6:00am – Location Z Block, Z103, Old Gardens Point Road, Gardens Point Campus.
Wednesday, 10 October, 2018 at 6:00am - Location Y1 Block, Level 1, Victoria Park Road, Kelvin Grove Campus.

Attendance to this pre-Tender site inspections are compulsory. Failure to attend will result in the Tender not being considered by the University.
