Tenders are invited for a Customer Relationship Management Solution (CRMS) for the Sunshine Coast Council (Council). Council has recognised the need to take a more customer-centric approach to its service delivery model. Ultimately Council is seeking an organisation-wide CRMS to help provide a single view of its customers, improve business relationships with its customers and in turn manage and promote Council’s brand reputation.
