TMR Image Library Upgrade
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to upgrade its current image image software. We are inviting offers for the provision of Licensed Software, Managed Services and other ancillary services required to upgrade our current Image Library system (Extensis Portfolio) as specified in Section 1 - Requirements
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
Licensed Software - Extensis Portfolio Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution
perform the upgrade migration to a supplier-managed cloud including project management and approved solution design
provide ongoing maintenance and support inclusive of lifesycle management
Traning of 2 administrators and 3 publishers
all user documentation
It does not include ICT consultancy services, any hardware acquisitions or additional training.
