Development of Cost Calculation Tool
The cost calculation tool is required to ensure that the residual risk payment required from companies is based on robust data and a clear and replicable methodology.
This tool and development of the tool will support and enhance the department’s operational and service delivery by providing a simple method to calculate the payment that needs to be taken by the state for residual risks.
The intent of this scope of works is for a contractor to provide costs and risk information for DES to use in developing and implementing the cost calculation tool as part of the residual risk reform.
