| The Scope of this work is restricted to the land blocks Lot 5 on Plan AP23083 and Lot 3 on Plan AP17591. These two land blocks are both split into two segments . For the purposes of this contract, the site is bounded to the south-west by Clarkson Drive and south-east by Griffin Esplanade.
The scope of works for this contract are:
· Contaminated Land Auditor (CLA) certification of a Sampling Analysis and Quality Plan (SAQP) for Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4;
· CLA review (quality control assessment) of field data collection for radiological, chemical and asbestos based contamination for Areas 1 and 2;
· CLA certification (and acceptance by Department of Environment and Science) of option 4 CLID for Areas 1 and 2 (following cadastral sub-division);
· CLA review (quality control assessment) of field data collection for post remediation and site management plan field data collection for Area 1, 2, 3 and 4.
· CLA certification (and acceptance by Department of Environment and Science) of option 1 CLIDs for Areas 1 and 2 for removal of area from EMR;
· CLA certification (and acceptance by Department of Environment and Science) of a site management plan for Areas 3 and 4;
· Review of a remediation options report for Areas 1 and 2;
· Provision of general CLA advice for site management;
· Attendance at meetings;
· Safety documentation for site visits;
