Supply and Installation of Oven to Sunshine Coast Recreation Centre
Supply, Deliver, Unpack and Install ovens (all packing materials removed from site)
Supply 1 x 10 tray and 1 x 6 tray stacker unit, 10 tray to be placed on the bottom, 6 tray on top - separately operated ovens (must not be interrelated should one fail)
Oven to fit within dimensions – 1900 high x 1100 wide x 1100 deep
Multiple functionality including steam, combi-steam, convection
Automatic cleaning system
Dial controls (no sole use touch screen)
Cleaning chemicals to be installed on installation of unit
Warranty period a key consideration in purchase
Commissioning of unit to demonstrate operational function
Full comprehensive induction/training for kitchen staff on oven functions and how to use
Decommission current oven and relocate to Shellys kitchen, install and recommission. Approximate distance 600 metres
Contractor required to be site inducted and provide safe work method statements
