The Department of Child Safety Youth and Women requires an external contractor or consortia to undertake an evaluation of an Integrated Service Response (ISR) trial and High Risk Teams (HRT) that have been established in Queensland to respond to domestic and family violence. The evaluation will examine the effectiveness of the ISR Trial and HRTs and the early outcomes that have been achieved.
The Offeror should describe the proposed methodology and approach they will use to answer the evaluation questions in their response, including: (i) primary data collection methods and proposed analyses (including sampling approaches and sample sizes) and (ii) potential methodological issues and how these will be addressed.
The evaluation will focus on the three trial sites: Logan/Beenleigh, Mount Isa and Cherbourg.
A mixed method approach to data collection will be required for the evaluation, with a combination of quantitative and qualitative data being used to triangulate evidence and answer the key evaluation questions.
