| The Department of Education (DET) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified Principal Contractors for the refurbishment of seven (7) schools in south-east Queensland (“The Works”).
Submissions from Principal Contractors only is sought for refurbishment works and construction of new professional hubs in each of the schools. Experience with projects on multiple schools concurrently is essential. The project will be procured under a Medium Works Contract.

Submissions close on Wednesday, 29 November 2017 at 2:00 PM at ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au.
