| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Outdoor Learning Area at Wellers Hill State School, located at 190 Toohey Rd, Tarragindi QLD 4121 as part of the School Direct program.
The project includes the following: external footpath, artificial turf, Synpave surfacing, outdoor seating, drainage, redefining existing swale, and relocation of trees.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
Please contact Nadia Arkhipkina – Project Manager on nadia@honeywill.com.au with your QBCC licence. Tender Documentation will only be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
