| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing community centre at Waterford West State School, located at 3-15 John Street, Waterford West Qld 4133 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).
The works involve refurbishing the existing space to create a new standalone kindergarten within the existing facility. Spaces include: new meeting room, new amenities, kitchen and play areas. The site is located north-east from the front of the school and positioned along Glenda Street. All works are to be completed by September 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
