Invitation to Submit Fee Proposal - S01 Chiller Replacement, South Bank Campus
Griffith University is seeking Proposals for S01 Chiller Replacement, South Bank Campus.
The project comprises the replacement of the existing three water cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps and all associated equipment at the South Bank campus. The existing chillers are at the end of their economic life and ongoing fault issues have prompted the University to replace the chillers.
Project Scope to include:
Replace existing chillers with:
2 x 900 kWr water cooled chiller (TBC)
1 x 300 kWr water cooled chiller (TBC)
Chillers to be provided with:
High energy efficiency minimum full load COP 6
Good turn down, 10% preferred, but slightly higher acceptable.
Future proof HFO refrigerant
Low noise
Economic life expectancy of 25 years
