Business Analysis Services for Individual Licensing
Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Justice and Attorney-General) in relation to Request for Quote (RFQ). 638.1819 for the establishment of a Contract for the review the Department’s Individual Licensing end-to-end digital Business Requirements for the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR). A range of process and function documentation will also be required.
Notes
1) The OLGR has online submission of applications for individual licences types. This process was reviewed in 2018 and the decision made to push ahead with a fully end-to-end digital process based on the model adopted by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). The OLGR wants to fully realise the benefits of automatic end to end processing.
2) Refer to Schedule 1 of the RFQ for full details of the requirements.
3) Suppliers are required to section 2 to 4 of the RFQ.

The confidentiality deed is required to be returned to procurement@justice.qld.gov.au to access the additional documents referenced in the Customer Supplied Items section of the RFQ.
