To celebrate the conclusion of student’s successfully completing their studies, The University of Queensland holds graduation ceremonies biannual (twice-yearly) graduation ceremonies held at St Lucia and the annual (one-yearly) graduation ceremonies held at Gatton. To ensure students are able to celebrate their achievement and provide a complete student experience, at the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates and their guests are invited to attend a gathering in the Great Court providing light catering and beverages.

This invitation is for the supply, installation and set-up of marquees and equipment for UQ graduation ceremonies which is used to house the gathering after each ceremony. The University of Queensland (UQ) is seeking offers from suppliers for the selection of one (1) Service Provider of marquee and equipment hire for a period of three (3) years, with options to extend for two (2) years (1+1). The July 2019 graduation ceremony period will be the first period covered by the new agreement. Ceremonies are held in July (St Lucia) and December (St Lucia and Gatton) with detailed date and time information provided to the successful offeror three months prior to the graduation period.
