| Springwood Road State School is calling for submissions from suitably qualified Principal Contractors for the refurbishment of 2 amenities blocks and a conversion of 1 x amenities block into an arts space.
Tender submissions will only be accepted from Principal Building Contractors with current QBCC builder’s licence, insurances, and with previous experience on live school grounds.
The project will be procured under the Qld Construction Medium Works Contract.

A tenderer site inspection is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday 7th September 2018 at Springwood Road State School. You must attend this inspection as a mandatory requirement.
