End User Computing Managed Services
The Queensland Government has entered into a contract for provision of end user computing hardware, managed services and ICT professional services as specified in the Invitation to Offer TMRICT18166, Part B - QITC Draft Contract, specifically Schedule TMR1 - Requirements. It includes supply of hardware, provision of ICT managed services and ICT professional services.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
Supply and installation of ICT hardware (desktop, laptop, tablet, and associated peripherals);
Supply and maintenance of a ICT hardware swap pool at either the supplier's premises or a supplier nominated storage location; and
Managed services including but not limited to ICT hardware lifecycle management, introduction of new technologies and innovation,
ICT Professional Services including innovation and management services advice, and project management services.
it does not include Software, As-a-Service (at least initially but it may be required in the future and if it does the contract will be amended), System Integration, Telecommunication Services or training..
