The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Building Contractor to the Atherton Hospital Redevelopment.
The successful Tenderer is required to provide Building services in connection with the construction of the Atherton Hospital Redevelopment Project
The AHR represents Stage 1 of the Atherton Hospital Master Plan and the works generally comprise of:
- New Clinical Services Building (CSB);
- New Community, Allied Health and Mental Health Building (CAMHB);
- Refurbishment works;
- Demolition of Primary Health Building and external works;
- Site Works; and
- Amendments to existing site entrances, access roads, car parking, pathways, and landscaping.
