Stakeholder Engagement and Industry Capacity building for the carbon industry

The Queensland Government is committed to working towards a low carbon future and is stablishing the Land Restoration Fund to reduce carbon emissions through land-based carbon farming projects. The second Carbon Farming Industry Summit, held in Brisbane in June 2019, identified a number of priority activities for 2019 in order to advance the Queensland carbon farming industry, with a specific focus on capacity building.

The scope of work includes activities that will advance the development of the Queensland carbon farming industry through stakeholder engagement and industry capacity building.
