Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Justice and Attorney-General) in relation to Request for Quote (RFQ). 640.1819 for the establishment of a Contract for a Design Authority for Implementation of the ICT Strategy
Notes
1) The department is seeking to engage a technical design authority (TDA) under ‘Standing Offer Arrangement ICTSS.13.03B’. The objective is for the TDA to work with an ICT strategy implementation program and existing enterprise architecture resources to establish a technical design authority (enterprise architecture practice) and develop a high-level design of the specified enterprise ICT capabilities listed:
- Identity and access management
- Information management including data mart and master data management (MDM)
- Cloud-based electronic documents and records management
- Digital service enablement and digital collaboration
- Integration services
- Case, customer and service management
- Business process management and automation
2) Refer to Schedule 1 of the RFQ for full details of the requirements.
3) Suppliers are required to section 2 to 4 of the RFQ.
