This RFP is for the delivery of the Enterprise Service Management solution to support the Integrated Service Model which will be undertaken in 2 stages, with both within scope of this RFP.
• Stage 1 – Enterprise Service Management Solution - Specification, Design and Implementation Planning
• Stage 2 – Enterprise Service Management Solution - Development and Implementation
In addition, this RFP is seeking to establish a small panel of pre-qualified vendors that the University may call upon for ICT Professional Services to support USC’s investment in ServiceNow.
