| This Request for Expressions of Interest presents an opportunity to provide the Coffee Cart Service at the Site of Gladstone Hospital.
If a successful Respondent is selected by Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) ( and enters into a Services Agreement and Occupation Agreement), that Respondent will have the opportunity to operate a business providing the Coffee Cart Service to the patients, visitors and staff of the Hospital. The Coffee Cart Service may be a fixed or mobile business operating from the Site.
The successful Respondent will be required to meet all costs and expenses associated with setting up and delivering the Coffee Cart Service (including the cost of any goods ir equipment) but will not be required to share any profit that it may make with CQHHS ir the Hospital.
