| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a new amenities block and landscaping to the oval at Balmoral State High School, located at 259 Thynne Road, Balmoral QLD 4171.
The scope includes a new amenities block with changerooms, cubicles and PWD toilet, storerooms and undercover area. The landscaping component includes tiered sandstone seating cut into the existing bank with artificial turf in between.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with Professional Indemnity Insurance, a QBCC Builders licence, certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
