The Supplier is to provide a report scoping the feasibility of, costs involved with, and overall project requirements for creating a monitoring and evaluation reporting website for all Round 3 Queensland Feral Pest Initiative cluster fencing projects and providing all associated M&E data collection and input services.

The report should also separately identify the feasibility and costs involved with an additional stage of works which would involve collecting and inputting M&E data from cluster fencing projects funded through Rounds 1 and 2 of the QFPI.

Scoping and assessment of overall project requirements should include consideration of:

  • data collection mechanisms;
  • quantitative data to be included at State and regional levels;
  • frequency of updates to qualitative data;
  • format and frequency of formal MERI reporting;
  • technologies to be used;
  • website hosting, maintenance, security, accessibility;
  • ownership of intellectual property;
  • approval for use of personal information by the Department;
  • reporting;
  • a full list of deliverables;
  • required materials;
  • project timing;
  • costs;
  • resourcing; and
  • any other requirements as determined by the Department or as identified as being relevant to the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the website or the data collection and reporting services.
