| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Block C building at Algester State School, located at 31 Endiandra Street, Algester QLD 4115 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement program (SIEP).
The works consist of asbestos removal and the refurbishment of four GLA spaces including a new layout, operable walls, teaching wall joinery and new finishes. All works are to be completed within nine (9) weeks from commencement.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
