| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Library in Block F at Coombabah State School, 164/172 Oxley Dr, Coombabah QLD 4216, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program for 2019/2020.
The project includes full refurbishment of the existing Library and is to be delivered under a Medium Works Contract. The position of the building is to the west of the Administration building and the site can be accessed via the car park to the south of the Library. All works are to be completed by 29 November 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
