~~Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is seeking to engage a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or Valuer to comprehensively revalue their land and building assets (including land improvements) as part of a five (5) year annual valuation process for the 2018 – 2022 financial years.
Properties not comprehensively revalued in any one year have an index applied to approximate movement in price and design standards as at reporting date. These valuations/indices will be used for the preparation of the financial reports. Sufficient information must be provided with the comprehensive valuations to meet the requirements for insurance purposes under the Queensland Government Insurance Fund.
