Request for Quote (RFQ): Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) - Cremorne Theatre Code Compliant Amenities Upgrade Project

The State of Queensland as represented by the Department of Environment and Science through Arts Queensland (the Principal) has issued this Request for Quote (RFQ), AQ0302019, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Building Services SOA number AQ 040/2017.

The Principal requires a PQC system certified (Level 3) Building Contractor to undertake and complete the QPAC Cremorne Theatre Code  Compliant Amenities Upgrade Project (the Works).  For detailed information on the specific works sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail" below.

Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) & Site Inspection attendance applies to this RFQ.  Refer Section 1 - Requirements of the RFQ document for further MIB details and registration requirements.
