Griffith University is seeking Proposals for Refurbishment of Mechanical Systems, 3.15 & 3.16 Technology (N44)
The project includes mechanical services work associated with alterations and upgrade of Level 3 3.15 & 3.16 Chemistry Laboratories, Building N44 at Griffith University's Nathan Campus for services associated mainly
with the following and detailed in section Extent of Work:
▪ Rectification of airflow and room pressures relating to compromised plantroom outside air provisions;
▪ Modifications to the existing fume cupboard exhaust systems;
▪ Additional controls device for chilled water reticulation system;
▪ Additional system monitoring and fault alarming via the existing BMS;
▪ Upgrade of the existing building controls to latest Schneider equipment.
▪ Inclusion of pre and post commissioning including updates associated with building envelope air leakage
▪ Associated builders works to be completed by mechanical contractor.
Site Inspection: Thursday 8 August 2019, meet at N13 Security Desk. All contractors to RSVP by 12:00pm 7 August 2019 to the Project Manager huw.hayes@griffith.edu.au
