Support and Maintenance Services for Veritas Enterprise Vault Products
eHealth Queensland is seeking to establish a contract with a Veritas Enterprise Vault Registered Partner (Platinum or Gold) for the provision of support and maintenance services for its existing Veritas Enterprise Vault deployment. The products include:
Veritas Enterprise Vault Storage Management
Veritas Enterprise Vault E-Discovery
Veritas Storage Foundation.
These products are fundamental to the delivery of an Email Archiving solution in Queensland Health.
Queensland Health currently has a Support and Maintenance arrangement in place designated Contract No. ICT7986 with a reseller of Veritas products and services that will expire on 30 September 2019 and needs to continue to receive this level of Support and Maintenance.
