| The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake construction works at the Ayr Health Service, 2 Chippendale Street Ayr QLD 4807.
A licensed air-conditioning contractor can tender as the Principal Contractor for this project as long as they use an appropriately licensed builder (QBCC licenced) to co-ordinate the multiple trades required for the building works component of the project. Evidence of this licence will be required as part of the tender submission.
Tenderers are strongly encouraged to observe and follow the tender instructions as detailed on pages 9 to 14 within the 'Invitation to Tender' document.
Failure to comply to the requested submission structure and/or not meeting mandatory criterion may result with the offer not being progressed for evaluation.
MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION:
A mandatory site inspection has been allocated for Tuesday 30th July 2019 at 10:00am.
Interested parties must register. Instructions are provided in Item 14 (page 12) within the 'Invitation to Tender' document.
TENDER CLOSE:
Unless otherwise advised via addenda, this tender will close on Thursday 15th August 2019 at 3:00pm (Qld time)
RFI's close date is Thursday 8th August 2019 at 2:00pm (Qld time)
