The Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) Communication and Engagement Unit requires a user-friendly, intuitive and time efficient digital asset management system for uploading, approval, searching, viewing and downloading of digital assets including videos and photographs.
This system will:
cater for multiple types of digital assets in a variety of formats;
provide identification of assets;
display a dashboard view of records in certain categories such as:
Recently added
Shelf life expiry pending
Due for destruction/archiving
reporting functionality.
