The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), a business unit of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General, is seeking to establish an ongoing proactive psychological support program for its staff whose role is to advocate for the rights of those in our community who are unable to advocate for themselves. The aim of this support is to provide an opportunity to discusss and reflect on experiences as well as to understand vicarious trauma, self-care and relience.
