Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services at the Museum of Tropical Queensland
The Queensland Government through the Board of the Queensland Museum (QM) sought offers for a maintenance contractor to undertake the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services at the Museum of Tropical Queensland (MTQ) Townsville.
QM issued the Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of engaging a suitably qualified Supplier to perform the Services for a Contract term of three (3) years, with an anticipated commencement date of Friday, 1 November 2019.
The scope of the Services generally comprise (but not limited to):
Preventative Maintenance services of the air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical services equipment assets; and
an Annual Condition Assessment Report (ACAR).
Note: Only those Suppliers who met the mandatory criteria (required Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) and Australia Refrigerant Council Ltd (ARC) licenses, attended the Mandatory Industry Briefing and complied with the Queensland Government Ethical Supplier Threshold) as specified in section 1.7 of the ITO and Addendum 3, were eligible to submit an offer.
