| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of refurbishment works to Block A, Block B and Amenities Flooring at Dysart State School, located at 4 Garnham Dr, Dysart QLD 4745 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) and Targeted Maintenance program.
The works include new exposy flooring to the senior amenities block, reconfiguration of portions of Block A (Admin) and the construction of a new staff area in Block B. All works are to be completed by 27 January 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
